FONDA de Paula is a celebration of Mexican tradition, heritage, and hospitality. Inspired by Chef Juan Luis’s grandmother, Doña Paula, who operated her own fonda in Mexico City during the 1960s, the restaurant brings the warmth of a neighborhood Mexican kitchen to downtown Downers Grove.
